Blue Ridge Mountain Cabins, Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION/ POLICY:When you make a reservation, we hold a cabin for you and expect you to notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep this reservation. No refunds for early departures (less days reserved). When calling and making the reservation the cabin is taken off booking records and is no longer available for other guests. Should you cancel before receiving your confirmation either by fax or mail a cancellation fee is in effect as shown below. Should you decide to cancel a reservation please call the office. Do not rely on leaving a message on the answering machine. If such a message is not received, you will be considered a "No Show" and you will owe the entire rent for the time we held the cabin for you. In the event of a timely (15 days prior to arrival) cancellation and your security deposit is guaranteed by credit card/check/money order/cash, your security deposit will be charged with a $ 50.00 administration fee. Should you cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival the security deposit will be charged in full!
